Our successful business started in 1999 and was built from scratch by Steven Totty with Ken Abbott joining the company in 2001.Through much hard work, insistence on a quality service and the relationships we develop with our clients, we have achieved above a 90% referral rate and above a 90% retention rate of our existing clients.

We offer an initial meeting without charge when we will describe our services more fully and explain the payment options. If you decide to go ahead, we will: gather and analyse personal information about you, your finances, your needs and objectives; recommend and discuss any action we think you should take and, with your agreement, arrange relevant invesments, policies or mortgages for you.

The services offered cover investments, insurance/protection, mortgages and regular savings. Any recommendations taken up will be reviewed at your request to ensure they remain appropriate.

Industry experiance

Steven Totty joined the financial services industry in 1993. He enjoyed a successful career as an agent progressing to management with the Co-operative Insurance Society, prior to joining Allied Dunbar in 1998. In 2001 Steven became an Independent Financial Advisor specialising in mortgages, protection and investments.

Ken Abbott joined the financial services industry in 1994. He enjoyed a successful career as an agent with Pearl Assurance, prior to joining Allied Dunbar in 1996. Ken has specialised in mortgages since 1996 and became an Independent Mortgage Consultant when he joined our company in 2001.
